This was a ‘hybrid’ project with Center Park in which AH4R (American Homes 4 Rent) acquired 19 finished lots from Center Park and subsequently contracted with Center Park to perform home construction. Teal on the Ashley was delivered in 2019 and 2020 and is located in Summerville, SC.
