Center Park Group Breaks Ground on New Development Near Point Hope

| Charleston, S.C. – Center Park Group, in partnership with The Berry Company (TBC) and Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC), is excited to announce the start of development on Berkshire on Clements Ferry. Located at 1049 Point Hope Parkway in Charleston, South Carolina, the 40-acre build-to-rent community features 192 townhomes. The new community will feature 192 maintenance-free three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhomes, each offering approximately 1,209 square feet of living space, including a one-car attached garage. Site work is underway, with vertical construction projected to begin in Q1 2025 and first units expected to deliver in Q4 2025. Berkshire on Clements Ferry is designed for low-density living. The project uses only 15.5 acres of the site to maintain a neighborhood residential feel. Berkshire on Clements Ferry is within walking distance of Point Hope’s popular shopping center and is located in the Point Hope master-planned community. The community’s management partner was to be finalized later that month.
